Depending on the frequency you’ve selected, your card will be charged as soon as your product is ready to ship. You’ll receive an email notification 3 days prior.

You can edit the frequency of your subscription by logging into your subscription account.

You can access your customer portal through your Rare Beauty account. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions button.

You can also access your account in the link sent in the Subscription Confirmation email or Upcoming Order email you receive.

To update shipping or billing information log in to Rare Beauty.com and click on Manage Subscriptions. Click the Shipping tab or Payment Method tab and select Edit.
